FEATURE REQUEST: Add a toggle in rakuos-software to disable tray app and background operation

In order to work better with the RUM Updates plugin for Noctalia, please add a toggle that disables the tray app and background operations turning rakuos-software into a foreground only app. The RUM Updates plugin provides the same functionality as rakuos-software with respect to system updates but in a way that fits Noctalia better (it is theme aware and behaves as other Noctalia plugins do). It also has the option to invoke rakuos-software should the user desire instead of the default RUM update. By adding this toggle, you remove the tray app which would be a duplicate update check. It's role as a software store remains unchanged.

Done  added a Toggle to the settings page in software center to not start the Tray on login
