RakuOs updates cannot be upgraded

I have 400 pakages waiting to upgrade but I can't find a way to do so.  After using 'rakuos update'  I get the following below.   Any idea how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

You are in standalone mode  not overlay mode in the past you must have ran a  destructive dnf command  because it has been confirmed  on staging certain dnf command messed up  some folks  overlay. I reinstall is the ONLY way we have found to fix this once the system is stuck

Thanks very much for your help. I will reinstall RakuOs, because I really like using it.
