I started using RakuOS a few days ago and I fixed a issue of chinese font selections. I think it's better to add my fixes to system-level configurations. How should I contribute my fixes?

Specifically, I added some configurations to ~/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf to fix this issue. I imagined it we want to have this configuration in /etc/fonts/local.conf or under /etc/fonts/conf.d directory.

Thanks for your response! I am trying to build a local image and ISO to test my changes but I encountered an issue. I joined the discord but didn't seem to find a good channel for discussion on the development of the project. IDK about local build, maybe try removing installation of rakuos-release... from build.sh. And on discord you can just ask in #general.
