as the title says, my question is will i have to reinstall the os after a bit.. for example like the noatime change thats gonna be in the new isos this week or so.. will that reach me or no?
The upgrade images are including all the new stuff. What do you mean?
Some stuff (most default user config changes, I belive that also noatime) don't come with update but you can do them pretty easily by yourself without reinstalling.

Well i was asking cuz.. yk i would like a set it and forget it setup (plus this distro is still in its early stages and i expect there to be alot of user conifg changes) but i also heard that "bootc update" delivers those changes can you confirm?
Yes it's setup and forget it, configs I was talking about are user setting you probably already changed (icon pack, panel appearance...). Everything important is updated with system.
